What your loved ones will ask before giving.

Where does our loved ones' money go?

Every contribution is paid directly to MICASA, never to an individual. It is linked to your chest and becomes furniture delivered to your home. The giver immediately receives a receipt by SMS or WhatsApp, and the contribution appears in your notebook.

What if the full amount has not been raised by the wedding day?

Nothing is lost. The amount raised remains your MICASA store credit, without penalty or expiry: pay the difference or choose other furniture from the catalogue.

What if the wedding is postponed or cancelled?

If the wedding is postponed or cancelled, the chest balance remains available as MICASA store credit for your furniture. No cash refunds : this is the programme rule, stated in its terms and conditions. The chest is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

How do we know the price of our chest?

The displayed price follows the package and equipment selected from the MICASA catalogue. Savings are shown when the package costs less than its products bought separately. Your selection and delivery arrangements are confirmed before your chest is opened.

Who can see the amounts?

The two of you, in your “My Setto Set chest” dashboard: the amount raised, the target, days remaining, gifts and the list of givers. Your guests only see the gift’s progress, never how much other people gave.

Can our loved ones abroad contribute?

Yes, by bank card, as well as Wave, Orange Money, Free Money and Djamo. Any exchange fees charged by an international card remain their responsibility. They receive the same receipt. The furniture is delivered to the couple in Senegal; international delivery is not available.

How can we be sure it is really MICASA?
  • On Wave, Orange Money, Free Money or Djamo, the name displayed before confirmation is MICASA.
  • The chest is always on micasameubles.com, and the receipt is automatic.
  • MICASA never asks for your secret code, for a payment to be repeated, or for payment to another number. One WhatsApp number: +221 77 802 62 68.
What do you need to open a chest?

Send your selection, then create your MICASA account and complete the wedding application: identity documents for both spouses, proof of address and the marriage certificate or attestation. MICASA reviews the application before activating the chest.

Do you deliver outside Dakar?

Yes, within Senegal. Delivery and assembly by MICASA teams are free in Dakar on purchases from 100,000 FCFA, on the date chosen by the couple. Elsewhere in Senegal, your adviser confirms the delivery price before opening the chest.
